Shipping Policy

We encourage you to read our shipping policy before ordering. By ordering any products at, you’re acknowledging, understanding and agreeing to be bound by this shipping policy.

How is my parcel delivered?

For all orders, standard deliveries are made via Janio or Teleport, whichever is available. Once an order has been successfully processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your parcel.

When will I receive my order?

Your shipment will arrive within 5-7 working days (Monday – Friday). From the time upon collection

On some occasions the shipment may be delayed due to Public Holidays or other events. 

Order Notes

On the checkout page, you can leave a note for us regarding your delivery/order. PledgeCare would like to highlight that only certain requests can be fulfilled except for the following:

  1. As we are using a 3rd party courier service, it is not possible for us to provide them with instructions such as: delivering before office closing hours, calling customers before the delivery, informing customers after leaving the parcel at a designated place.

Nevertheless, we will try our best to meet the demands of all our customers. We thank you for your kind understanding.

How can I know the date & time for the delivery?

We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of your delivery. Delivery times are influenced by the delivery queue, your shipping destination and the courier partner’s delivery schedule in your location. You will receive a notification when your order is being shipped along with a tracking number.


Missed delivery, re-delivery, and cancellation of undelivered orders

All items purchased from PledgeCare are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
