How do I spend my points?
Step 1
Your total amount PledgeCoins will be displayed on the checkout page. Here you can choose how much to redeem for a discount by clicking on the ‘Apply Discount’ button.
An account is required and you must be logged
in to be able to earn and spend PledgeCoins.
Step 2
Simply enter the amount of the PledgeCoins that you’d like to redeem for a discount.
Step 3
Click OK and voila! You’ll see the deduction on the final price. It’s that simple.

You can track all your purchases and PledgeCoins earned by signing into your PledgeCare account. Click on the ‘PledgeCoins’ tab to see your total PledgeCoins and the recent order tab for your order history.
You will earn PledgeCoins as soon as the payment for your purchase has been made. You may also double check by logging into your account and see if the PledgeCoins are awarded.
Any points earned on the products are deducted from your points balance. For example, a returned product worth $10 will deduct 10 PledgeCoins from your balance (2 points x $10 = 20 points). A negative point balance can happen if you return a product with a point value greater than the number of points in your account balance.
No. You can choose to apply only either one per transaction as per set in our system.
